A person was pulled from Harris Lake on Friday, and a search is underway for a second boater. A spokesperson told WRAL News two men who were out fishing crashed into a cement pole in the water and were thrown from the boat.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A surprise marriage proposal stole the show at Wednesday's Jonas Brothers concert at PNC Arena.

Brittney Overstreet retweeted a video from the Happiness Begins Tour Twitter page that contained the moments leading up to the proposal.

The video shows her now-fiancé getting down on one knee to pop the question as the packed arena whoops and cheers.

A second video shows the Jonas Brothers hugging and celebrating the couple after Overstreet said "yes."
