There, emergency crews responded to a three-vehicle crash in which one vehicle had overturned.

Chesterfield Police spokesman Lt. Cimbal said a blue BMW was traveling westbound on Midlothian Turnpike “when the driver lost control, crossed all lanes of travel in the median and collided” with a vehicle waiting to make a left turn into the Stein Mart Festival shopping center.

Police say the impact of the collision caused a grey Toyota to overturn and strike the neighboring tan Nissan that police say was also waiting to make a left turn into the shopping center.
