Mike Barnett, owner of Montgomery’s Patriots Grill, dies

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The owner of a new Montgomery restaurant has died at the age of 49.
Mike Barnett opened Patriots Grill a few months ago near Maxwell Air Force Base.
His family says Barnett apparently died from a heart attack Saturday morning while on a trip celebrating his wife’s birthday.
Business associates say Patriots Grill will be closed for a few days.
Barnett once said it was always his dream to own a restaurant.
