Charlotte employers make national list of healthy workplaces

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Several employers in the Charlotte area have made the cut for “The 2019 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” list by Healthiest Employers.

The program aims to recognize companies that are investing proactively in the health and wellness of their employees.

Included are the city of Charlotte as well as locally based companies such as Compass Group USA Inc., Premier Inc. and Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates.

A number of employers with headquarters elsewhere, but with operations in the region, are named as well.
