SEARCHED, AND THE THREAT WAS INVESTIGATED. ALSO, THE TABLES TURNED ON A WOULD-BE BURGLAR. THE NATRONA HEIGHTS HOMEOWNER HOLDING THAT MAN AT GUNPOINT. THAT BURGLAR NOW UNDER ARREST. CHRIS LOVINGOOD HAS NEW DETAILS ON THE CHRIS -- ON THE QUICK ACTION THAT LANDED THE SUSPECT BEHIND BARS. PISCO ACCORDING TO A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, POLICE RESPONDED TO PINE STREET IN THE DRONE A HEIGHTS WHERE THEY WERE TOLD AN ALLEGED WOULD-BE BURGLAR, CASEY HILL, WAS BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT. WE MET UP WITH A WOMAN WHO SAYS SHE CALLED 911 AND THE MAN WHO SAID HE WAS THE ONE POINTING THE GUN. >> I SAW THE NEIGHBOR HAD A FLASHLIGHT ON SOMEBODY’S FACE AND A GUN TO HIS HEAD. CHRIS: CASEY HILL IS ACCUSED OF TRYING TO ENTER THE HOME. WE MET UP WITH THE HOMEOWNER WHO DID NOT WANT TO GO ON CAMERA BUT TOLD US HE WAS HAVING A FAMILY GATHERING SATURDAY NIGHT WHEN SOMEONE NOTICED HILL WALKED INTO THE HOUSE AND EDIT UP THE STAIRS. THE HOMEOWNER SAYS HE CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND SAW HILL, THEN POINTING THE GUN, ESCORTING HIM OUTSIDE AT GUNPOINT, EVENTUALLY CALLING FOR HELP. >> I WAS IN MY HOUSE AND I HEARD SOME BUDDY SCREAMING SOMEBODY CALL 911, SO I CAME OUTSIDE AND CALLED 911. CHRIS: POLICE CAME AND TOLD THE HOMEOWNER TO DROP THE GUN, WHICH HE DID. THEN HILL WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. HOMEOWNER SAYS HE THINK PEOPLE SHOULD BE EXTRA VIGILANT AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONCEAL CARRY GUN OWNER. >> I GET THAT, PROTECTED HIS HOME. Casey Hill, 30, is facing several charges

A criminal complaint says a couple stopped an alleged burglar at a home in Natrona Heights.Police said the incident happened Sept. 26, when someone called 911 saying a burglar was being held at gunpoint in the front yard of a home.Police arrived to find the homeowner pointing a gun at Hill, who was then taken into custody.The homeowner’s girlfriend told police she saw Hill walk onto the porch and open the door and when she tried to push him out her boyfriend grabbed the gun.The couple said they also saw someone drive off in a green jeep.Hill is charged with burglary and public drunkenness.

Police arrived to find the homeowner pointing a gun at Hill, who was then taken into custody.

The homeowner’s girlfriend told police she saw Hill walk onto the porch and open the door and when she tried to push him out her boyfriend grabbed the gun.
