With all but one county in southwestern Pennsylvania set to move into the green phase of reopening this Friday, the question is being raised what could happen to cause a ‘green’ county to move back into the yellow or red phase.All but Beaver County will move to the green phase on June 5. Beaver County will remain in the yellow phase. Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 asked the state department of health what they’ll look at when it comes to the possibility of counties slipping back into the yellow or red phase.A spokesperson wrote to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4, “We are continuing to monitor the data for all counties, and if there are significant concerns over the number of cases, the Wolf Administration will determine if further actions are necessary regarding increasing mitigation efforts.”
