Vienna to close 23rd Street for utility work on Wednesday

The city of Vienna will be performing emergency utility repairs on 23rd Street on Wednesday.

The street will be closed from Grand Central Avenue to 8th Avenue. Motorists are asked to find alternative routes.

The closure will begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday and continue until the repairs are completed.
