A staple in West Hartford center is shutting down.
Grant’s Restaurant, one of the most popular spots on the strip, announced it’s closing down after 17 years on Farmington Avenue.
The owner, Billy Grant, did not give a specific reason for closing the location.
Grant wrote in a statement:
“Even though we are closing this chapter, it is not goodbye and we look forward to our continued relationship in the future.”
Grant’s other restaurants, Bricco in West Hartford and Bricco Trattoria in Glastonbury, will stay open.
