A 36-year-old woman was arrested on manslaughter charges Friday in a deadly Hartford crash that happened in November.

Police say that at around 11:45 p.m. on November 16th, officers responded to a car crash at the intersection of Main Street and Mather Street. Upon arrival, they found a Honda Accord and an Audi Q7 SUV to both have significant damage.

The passenger in the Honda, later identified as Yolanda Santiago, was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the Honda, Susan Plaza, was taken to Saint Francis Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

After an investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Plaza. She turned herself and was charged with manslaughter with motor vehicle, operating under the influence and failure to yield while turning left.

Plaza was held on a $150,000 bond.
