A number of lost dogs were found roaming on a busy freeway in Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday.

Who let the dogs out?
That’s what commuters must’ve been thinking on the Phoenix freeway when the pack of stray dogs got loose on the roadway and snarled traffic to a halt.
Troopers were eventually able to herd the pack off into a parking lot.
The dogs will remain with Animal Control until their owners are found.
