Frankfort man accused of writing racial obscenity on car

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Frankfort Police Department says a man was arrested for what he wrote on a person’s car.

Police say they took a criminal mischief report at Kroger’s on U.S. 127 on September 20. Someone called to say a racial obscenity was written on their 2004 Lexus while it was parked in the Kroger’s parking lot.

Through investigation and review of the surveillance video, the Frankfort Police Department says investigators were able to identify Richard Beeler, of Frankfort, as the suspect. He was arrested on September 30 and charged with criminal mischief.
