TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Two people were arrested after deputies found them inside a stolen vehicle with meth and drug paraphernalia.

The Leon County Sheriff's Office S.P.I.D.E.R. Unit found a vehicle which had been reported stolen to the Tallahassee Police Department on Thursday evening around 10:30 p.m.

Deputies say the silver Toyota truck was stolen at the beginning of this month when thieves found a hidden key with the vehicle.

They found 28-year-old Cody Medley and 28-year-old Riane Reese in the stolen truck.

Deputies also found Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the truck.

During the investigation deputies found that Medley and Reese were out on bond for Forgery, Uttering, and Grand Theft charges from earlier in the year.

These charges were for separate arrests, unrelated to each other.

Both were turned over to investigators with the Joint Auto Crimes Task Force to be interviewed.

Based on that interview and items located in the stolen vehicle, authorities say more charges are anticipated.

Medley and Reese were arrested and transported to the Leon County Detention Facility.

Medley is facing charges for grand theft auto, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Reese is being charged with trespassing.
