A former Moundville city court clerk is facing felony charges in connection with a theft investigation.Rhonda Wilson, 37, is charged with theft of property and using her position for personal gain for allegedly stealing $135,449 from the court system. She was indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday.Wilson, who was arrested in March, is expected to be arraigned in Hale County Circuit Court "in the next couple of months," District Attorney Michael Jackson said.
