Tuscaloosa man arrested in fatal boat accident in Moundville
A Tuscaloosa man was arrested Friday in connection with a Fourth of July boat accident that left two people dead and injured three others.Richard Latham, Jr., 29, is charged with two counts of reckless murder in the deaths of 23-year-old Destiny Graben and 47-year-old Ricky Glover, who were killed last week when the boats they were on collided on the Black Warrior River in Moundville. Authorities said Latham was operating a ski boat and had several passengers, including Graben, when it crashed into a fishing boat carrying Glover.Authorities said more charges are expected.The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency was assisted in the investigation by the Hale County Sheriff's Office and Moundville Police Department.
