The Enfield Square Mall in Connecticut has been sold at auction for $10.8 million dollars. That is according to the company that ran the auction.
The buyer of the property hasn’t been revealed.
In recent years, the Enfield Square Mall has seen the loss of major tenants such as Macy’s and Sears. The remaining anchor store at the mall now is Target.
The mall was built in 1971.
