A section of Roosevelt Avenue in Springfield will be closed for part of the day Tuesday.
The Springfield DPW will be closing the section of the road from 7 a.m. Tuesday morning until 4 p.m.
The section of road will be closed to install a new drain pipe and manhole near the Gaucher Street Ramp.
Springfield police say to expect some significant traffic delays due to this closure.
Drivers will be detoured onto Blunt Park Road, but there will be no parking allowed in that area.
The Gaucher Street Ramp will be open for access to Sci-Tech parking only. Access will also be available for the Ells School.
