The North Carolina Department of Public Health is reporting at least 362,175 people are waking up without power along the coast after Isaias barreled through the region late Monday and into early Tuesday morning.Most of the outages are in New Hanover County. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety shows 90,430 power outages at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. Brunswick and Onslow counties are reporting more than 40,000 outages.The NCDPS is getting those numbers from local electric companies including Duke Energy, Dominion Energy, NC Electric Cooperatives and ElectriCities.
