Global entrepreneurs, stars, athletes & more coming to Detroit next week for Forbes Under 30 Summit

(WXYZ) — A massive 4-day summit will bring some of the world's leaders in business, entertainment, sports and more to Detroit.

The Forbes Under 30 Summit kicks off Sunday in Detroit and continues until Wednesday, Oct. 30. In February, Forbes announced Detroit would be the host city for the Under 30 Summit for the next three years.

People from more than 70 countries are expected to attend the summit, presented by Rocket Mortgage, and bring together the best minds across all industries, venture capitalism, public policy and many more.

The festival will include a food festival with top chefs from around the world, a music performance, content events, networking and a day of service.

An expanded lineup of speakers was recently announced and includes actress and activist Olivia Munn, Quicken Loans CEO Jay Farner, Detroit Pistons star Blake Griffin, Olympian Adam Rippon, Poshmark Founder & CEO Manish Chandra and The Case Foundation CEO Jean Case.

Other speakers and performers already announced include Serena Williams, Kevin Durant, actress Sophia Bush, Tinder Founder Sean Rad, The Chainsmokers, 21 Savage, Allbirds Cofounder & Co-CEO Tim Brown and many more.
