(WXYZ) — Wisconsin has owned Michigan when it comes to college football this year, and now, the state is taking ownership of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and the U.P. has nothing to do but oblige to the request.

After the Badgers beat Michigan State on Saturday, Wisconsin has owned its three games against Michigan teams this year. They beat them by a combined score of 134-14.

After the game, Wisconsin tweeted the U.P. twitter account saying, "send us the deed," and then the U.P account changed its Twitter name to the "Upper Peninsula of Wisconsin."

The account also said schools in the U.P. are changing names. Northern Michigan now becomes Northern Wisconsin and Michigan Tech is becoming Wisconsin Tech.

They added that marijuana is also now illegal, and cheese pasties are a thing.

It also said we can disconnect the Mackinac Bridge, but keep the island.
