Natasha Edgerton wanted on five open warrants, police say
The Asheville Police Department is asking for help finding a woman wanted on five open warrants, including statuary rape.
Police said Natasha Edgerton, 25, is wanted for the following warrants:
- statutory rape
- 2 counts of larceny to remove/destruct/deactivate security device
- 2 counts of misdemeanor larceny
Police said the rape happened in 2016 and was reported to police by the Department of Social Services in 2018.
They said the other charges are related to Edgerton removing a store security device off two items and stealing them.
