CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The COVID-19 pandemic has presented the Cheyenne Civic Center with many unique and ever-changing challenges. After going dark for the past several months, the venue is preparing to reopen its doors to the public with the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra followed by local dance performances and a series of entertainment to be announced.

After receiving approval from the Laramie County Health Department with a reopening plan commended by State Health Officer, Dr. Alexia Harrist, the Civic Center is set to open this month and will adhere to the health department guidelines and recommendations of the CDC. A dedicated webpage is available to reference venue COVID-19 policies and best practices.
