A GoFundMe campaign has been started to help with any costs incurred by her family after Olivia Cunningham was killed in Tennessee on Tuesday.

The Hellam Township resident was killed by 21-year-old Leon Steven Jones, of Tennessee, at an outlet mall in Sevierville in what authorities are calling a “random shooting.” Jones also shot and wounded another man before killing himself.

Cunningham, 21, was from James Creek, Huntingdon County, and attended Millersville University. She and her husband, Caleb, were married in 2015.

The GoFundMe campaign page urges people to help Caleb Cunningham offset “financial burdens” because “Olivia never failed to be there for anyone when they needed help.”

Authorities have no motive for the shootings. The GoFundMe page said Cunningham was vacationing with family in Tennessee.

Olivia Cunningham, 24, who lived with her husband Caleb in Hellam Township, was remembered by friends and family Wednesday, the day after she was killed in Tennessee when a man opened fire at an outlet mall.

“She was a shining light in the lives of her friends and family,” the page says. “She always put others above herself. She devoted her lift to God, and that showed in every aspect of her life.”

The campaign hit more than half of the $3,000 goal in the first two hours.
